My name is Krista (she/her/hers) and I’m a writer, founder, and speaker committed to joy and liberation. I’ve loved writing since I was a little girl and my first book, Anti-Racist Leadership, co-written with my dad, came out in 2022! I am the founder and CEO of Kiki For The Future™, a startup that aims to bridge the sex-ed gap in the LGBTQIA+ community. I am also the co-founder of Culture Design Lab, a DEI startup that provides consulting and coaching to business leaders looking to transform their corporate culture.
